Interview is an automated job search service designed to help users find employment opportunities by sending customized emails to potential employers, primarily targeting small to medium-sized companies.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To use Interview, you must create an account and provide certain information about yourself.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.

3.3. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

3.4. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Gmail Integration

4.1. Our service requires access to your Gmail account to send emails on your behalf.

4.2. By using our service, you authorize Interview to access your Gmail account solely for the purpose of sending job application emails.

4.3. We do not read, store, or process any other information from your Gmail account beyond what is necessary to send emails.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lance Bricca and its licensors.

5.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lance Bricca.

5.3. While you retain ownership of any applications or products you build using our template, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

6. User Conduct

6.1. You agree to use Interview only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

6.2. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To transmit any material that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• To attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

6.3. You agree not to misuse our Service by interfering with its normal operation, or attempting to access it using a method other than through the interfaces and instructions that we provide.

7. Payment Terms

7.1. Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Service you choose.

7.2. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in the Service's refund policy.

7.3. We use Stripe for payment processing. By using our payment system, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

11.2. We are not responsible for any content, code or applications built using our template.

12.2. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

12.3. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
